About my Steven Universe gem-oc, Labradorite:

I will explain its background and psychology another time, but it has a great connection to Jasper because of their purpose as soldiers, and they build a stronger bond during the events of S.U. Future.

In my mind I thought "Could they be butch4butch?" then I remembered how Jasper is and I laughed at myself for thinking she may be "butch". She is mean, selfish, manipulative, shows off her strength and sharp eyeliner... that is a Mean Girl.

Plus, Labradorite is just androgynous and every gem refers to it with neutral/masculine terms, so I may develop its character further, but definitely not "butch".

My mind is tirelessly thinking about them. I hope I can develop more concepts soon.
