This should be the first part of my second week #coloricombo, which combines of papaya red, lemon sorbet yellow, lotus blue & squirrel grey. This is a very versatile palette. I find the blue and orange/red just like the morning sun reflected on the bare branches of the tall trees & icing roads in the morning, what I can see during these school runs in these dry frosty days. I am very happy that i can use this weeks' colour prompt in my diary picture. More than half of the time I carry her all the way there. We both knows the days we can do this is numbered and she is enjoying the most of it. . Pencils I really like now is the #stabilowoody3in1, they are chunky and leave great marks. The @derwentartofficial drawing pencils are godsend too, they are soft and great for sketches, come in these beautiful green greys hard to be found elsewhere. . On the left page is my knitting and books that I like this week. In this new year I am using my newly regained freedom to make a diary. I am trying to use @estemacleod 's #coloricombo and that's about the only thing I do (and housework) . Before she starts nursery i would do a lot more, picking up a sport, find a job, volunteering, do a few courses but let's be realistic. I find the use of pencils more liberating than other materials for now.
