I was chasing Ski, my chocobo when Ski nearly toppled someone over and I ran as fast as I could to reach the person in time when I caught them before they hit the ground, in the process, I scrapped my arm. “Damn it Ski, watch where you run ya bird brain.” I said with a huff holding the other. “Are you alright?”

 At first, Harmony isn’t aware of incoming trouble. First, she hears distant sounds which gets louder after each passing second. She turns on her heel to see the source of the commotion, only to find that it’s too late to get out of the way. 

“What the-” A chocobo runs past her, leaving Harmony in the dust. A pair of arms catches her before she fell on her bottom. “Good heavens!”  hand rests over her heart. “Y-yes, I’m fine…And you, sir?”

“It’s just a minor scrape on my arm, nothing I can’t handle. Sorry about ski, he’s just having a moment.” I said helping her up to her feet, my arm being scraped up and dirtied.

I stood there silently, worry filled my eyes. “Not without me you won’t. They’ve been after my birds long enough and to see you like this I…” My eyes glowed a hint of green. “They’ll pay.” I had no idea my eyes were glowing.

“No…I’m going alone.” Chaos snapped, glaring at Biggs. “I won’t lose you. You’re human they have guns and who knows what else. I will be fine. The chocobos need you now.” Chaos cupped his cheek and smiled. He saw the glowing and blinked. [mako?] he thought.

“Promise me you won’t be captured again… promise me you’ll return.” I leaned up and pulled Chaos into a deepening kiss. “Get our revenge… for us both.” I turned quickly and ran back home where I knew the birds would be safe.

“I promise,” chaos said before walking off. It was two days before chaos walked back into the house. He was bloody, tired and wounded. He growled at on of the birds that tried to cuddle him. “Sorry…I’m sore….those humans are dead. They had ancient equipment mixed with new.” Chaos sighed and sat down. “But the good news is the birds are safe.”

I waited for him and so did the birds. They cuddled me as I worried and waited while sitting on the floor.When he finally came home I bolted up and so did the birds. One bird did try to cuddle him but it jumped and warked in surprise as it hid behind the other birds. I ran and listened to him as I got the first aid kit. I quickly started wiping up the blood off him and started to bandage any wounds I found, especially his wing. “All that matters is that they are safe... but more importantly... you came back.” I kissed him gently, knowing he was sore, but how sore I couldn’t imagine.

Wet Dream: The smell of lavender and vanilla fills the bathroom. Steam rises from the shower where a feminine figure stands behind the curtain. She moves, a hand grabs onto the edge of the curtain, only to pull back to reveal a face. Her dark wet hair lays plastered against the left side of her face, one gray eye sought Biggs. Her body remains a silhouette behind the curtain. Harmony's red cheeks darken and she smiles to see him. "Hey you. Mind joining in?" Then, the dream cuts off.

“Who wouldn’t be distracted by someone as handsome as you and that’s coming from me.” I said with a slight smirk in hopes to see him smile a normal smile. “Hey if you need help filling that out, just ask, I know quirks that could get you a job being in AVALANCHE and all.” Then it hit me that he might remember us and all he might have done from before. I really hoped it didn’t spark a memory that would cause trouble.

There was a blink, then a snort.  “Ah, you flatter me.  You must be selling something.”  Sephiroth joked… or at least he hoped he was joking.  He was aware that he’d find out soon, either way.

Taking a long look at the form, there was… an odd feeling when AVALANCHE was mentioned.  Of course he recognized the word, he understood it in the context of dangerous snow drifts.  But it did seem to mean… something else, as well.  He’d taken a breath to ask about it, then shook his head slightly.  Maybe it was just one of those things that he’d pick up the context for when it seemed important.  “I’m not sure how much help you can offer for this, to be honest.  Things like the last place I’ve lived and my employment history are a little… impossible for me to know.”  His laugh sounded just a little more like a sigh.  Well, best to be honest.  Though he doubted an application with “amnesia” in several spaces would be looked at twice.  “I don’t suppose you’d happen to know anyone looking for a worker of some sort..?”

“If I could sell, I would turn myself into a woman.” I said laughing some at this. I watched as his facial expressions kept changing. “Trust me... it’s probably better not to say but meh, who am I to judge?” Then his last question stunned me a bit, but then I started to develop an idea.

“Hey, if you're a good watcher and organizer I could use some help. Sure pay won’t be that great but it’ll get you somewhere and I have an extra room in my place, but it’s not fancy or anything. “Think you are a good watcher?” I stood up and offered a hand, waiting to see if he would take it or not.

“Denzel?” I say looking up at Tifa. “Alrighty.” When she explained I tried to claim I was fine, but the agonizing pain shot through me and I plopped back in my seat with a snort. I caught her gaze and looked look. “Alright alright, you gets your wish.” I smiled look up at her, that stance he knew so well and knew she got what she wanted when she wanted it half the time, or at least back then because of her stubbornness. “You know Tifa… if you didn’t have eyes on Cloud… or back then anyways… well… you know where I’m going with this right? I couldn’t with Jesse… she was too much of a sister too me.” 

“Well my love of two things now… oh speaking of which, I have two surprises in technicality for both of ya. One is for Marlene only, but I saved up remembering her, I’m sure we could get her taught very well.” I shook my head and sighed. “When I get better I’m fixing that annoying fan.”

Tifa grinned in triumph as Biggs decided to listen. Some things never changed, apparently. His next few words surprised her, crimson hues widening as she blinked. Was he saying he had feelings for her back then…? 

“Oh…Biggs…”

Not to say that she and Cloud were truly a couple now or anything, but her heart always would belong to the blond, whether he recognized that or not. Smiling softly, she leaned over and placed a hand on his shoulder. “You know I’d always be here for you, Biggs. I’m so glad to know you’re alive.”

When he spoke about surprises, she leaned back and nodded. “Yes, yes, of course. I’ll let you fix the silly fan, if it’s bugging you that much!”

“Well it doesn’t help that I grew sensitive to things and know when they need fixing due to the fact a lot has happened. Yes, it does bug me but it’ll be better the next time, alright. Just turn it off for now, worried it might cause a fire.” I knew how she looked to Cloud but I never had the courage to say anything to her, and felt it best to have her as a great ally and friend.

“So... mind telling me why you have a ribbon on your arm or will I get the whole story later?” Upon his question he heard footsteps. “Hmmm?”
