The only true Camp Camp ending is all the current campers growing up and becoming camp counselors for the next generation and they all have inside jokes about their time at camp that the new kids are constantly trying to make sense of

-calling every camper doing anything vaguely mystical or magical 'magic kid' when Nerris and Preston are in hearing range

-banning the consumption of eggs at camp-giving Nerf plastic knives at dinner 'just in case'

-Nerf is camp therapist and none of the kids believe a word anyone says about what a...'troubled youth' he was.

-the campers dye Davids hair blonde as a prank and the counselers (have a panic attack first but then) call him Daniel until it washes out without acting like there's anything unusual about this

-'don't make it lame preston'

-'Nikki! Don't eat that bug!'

-referring to the campers as 'pussies' and acting confused when they're shocked/offended

-there's a cushion tied to the front of the bus with a David shaped debt in it

-the campers have normal kid problems and none of the counslers understand how to deal with normal kid problems.

-QuarterMaster is still alive, but the coulselers convince the campers that they can't see him and don't know he exists for a solid month

-something disappears and they all look suspiciously at Harrison

-when Gwen is sick the counselers have a very serious meeting where they decide who gets/has to be the New Gwen

Oh thank you for your response! I had a interesting fanfic in the works (I will publish it once I get 2 chapters written) I don't want to spoil much at the moment tho. I love a lot of your headcanons and as a autistic person seeing headcanons like that make me really excited. I self project and relate to characters quite often so I feel like this fanfic will be a nice and complete read. I'll @ you the ao3 link once I publish it.

Nerris starts arguments with Harrison to force Preston to pay attention to them when he gets lost in his writing or to make him talk about something he's trying to avoid as opposed to sitting through another squabble, and Ered is So Proud

While we're talking about languages and the Preformance!Trio...

They also have this weird mesh up of ASL and signs they make up when they don't know the signs for certain words.

-Preston knows it because he's HoH and lives with an HoH person,

-Harrison knows it because he's autistic and easily over stimulated, so he prefers to sign sometimes. He also has nonverbal periods, so ASL is a must

-Nerris learns it out of pure determination to be able to talk to them whenever she needs to, regardless of buggy hearing aids or nonverbal illusionists.

-they're all great buds and carry out conversations silently. The campers thought French was scary. This is worse

-they have sign names for all the campers. Drawing an M with the middle finger is Max. Thus, they've gotten in trouble for flipping each other off in conversation, and Harrison was like 'actually Gwen, we're just shit talking max in a way he can't retaliate against' and she's like 'fuck fair enough carry on'

French

So I briefly mentioned it before, but the whole performance trio speaks french.

-It's preston's gran gran's mother tongue, and one he grew up speaking, especially when living with her.

-Nerris knows bits and pieces of a lot of languages because it's something you pick up when you super get into role play, so she gets Preston to teach her.

-Harrison is raised Bilingual in English and...something else, I don't know his accent. Point is, he's bilingual, so he picks up languages easy

-back in the rival stage of their bond, this was just another thing they competed over; who's better at French. It's why they're both so insistent on learning

-then, as they mellow out and grow closer and don't care as much about the bragging rights, they keep learning because they see how happy Preston is to teach them

-they both have horrible French accents; Nerris because of her Lisp, and Harrison because he can't wrap his tongue around the pronounciations. Preston loves them anyway

-they start casually talking to each other in French around camp, and it freaks people out.

-Harrison mutters something in French during a magic show and people freak out cause they thing it's a curse or something

-'where'd you learn another language??' 'Magic~~'

-'where'd you learn another language??' 'I rolled a natural 20 on insight and linguistics'

Ered is like the fan interpretation of Ino from Naruto. Seems shallow, actually cares about people and will help those in need, manipulative, petty, much more sly and conniving then people give her credit for, all acreddited to her dad(s), who work for the 'government' in an intelligence gathering position and passed this onto her.

Ered gives Harrison a burner phone her dads gave her 'just in case', saying she'll just tell them she lost it/broke it at camp. Harrison starts crying because people love him

Like,, is Ered adopted? Gay couples usually have to adopt, and neither of her dads look like her a ton, besides On has Similar skin, maybe a tan? Or maybe I'm colorblind, but what I'm saying is Ered understands the foster system and gives [camper of your choice who's parents suck] advice and soothes their nerves about it.
