When did Sister realize that she was a woman? And how do the rest of her brothers react when someone mistreats her? My take is that when she was a man Ashoka was putting make-up on her so she wouldn't make Padme look bad, once the procedure was done Ashoka grabbed a mirror and presented Sister her reflection. They're she was, looking like a princess, "Wow!" Ashoka chirps "You look gorgeous as a woman!"

I think Sister realised that she was a woman when her body didn't felt right for her, when she got to the clone puberty stage and she didn't liked how her body looked and developed, she didn't understand why she had to look like her brothers when she wanted to look like the very few Jedi women she met. She thought she was defective but she was afraid to be decommissioned, so she stayed quiet until after she left Kamino.
Okay so one of my hc that is similar is: Ahsoka is getting ready for a fancy party that Padmé invited her, she's all dressed up and when she starts to put make up on the 501st boys who passes by her starts picking on her saying things like "Wooh she wears make up now!" that kinda stuff, but don't get them wrong! it's all friendly banter and Ahsoka is laughing along with them like "Ughh you idiots! Why don't you try some on if you're all so jealous I look this pretty?"
And Sister is watching all this, but she's in the back.. quiet, and oh she does wants to try some make up but..is against the norms, and besides she's not a girl.. right? and she's not jealous of Ahsoka at all, she thinks she's very lucky to get to do this kinda stuff. So when the boys get away Sister gathers all the courage she has and goes up to Ahsoka. "Oh hey, 51! What's up?" Ahsoka says (in this hc Sister don't have a name yet and the number I came up for her is CT-5152)
"I- uhm.. Is it- Is it okay if I want to try..?" Sister points to the make up and she can feel her face burning, she's embarassed, but she didn't expected to see Ahsoka's eyes sparkling "Yes! Of course you can!" she sits Sister on a chair and does her face, and when she's done Ahsoka goes "All done! You look so pretty!" and Oh.. Sister loves how it looks! but then she starts to cry and Ahsoka asks what's wrong and Sister tells her everything, and Ahsoka being the best friend that she is, she helps Sister on her transition.
Also my take on how her brothers react when she gets mistreated is: get ready to RUN! Because the whole vode is gonna go after the person who makes their sister sad, they'll teach a lesson to that person and they'll be lucky if a black eye or a broken arm is all they get.
Okay so this turned out way longer than intended but is something I really wanna draw in comic format, and maybe write a fic too? idk bc I'm a terrible writer, but this is canon in my heart 💜✨
