Billy Joel
And not caring what Elton John says about any of it.
Billy.
I love having written, but I hate writing. So then I go through postpartum depression, and it’s: ‘Ugh, I gotta start all over again? Where am I going to get the’ — what do you call it? Sitzfleisch?
—Billy Joel, The New York Times Magazine
Billy Joel has blamed three highly-publicised car accidents on depression brought on by the Sept 11 terror attacks on his home city of New York, rather than on his well-known problems with alcohol.
Trending on Yahoo! right now...... :(

L.A., sometime in the 70’s.
During a Q/A session at Vanderbilt, a student asked Billy Joel if he could accompany him on New York State of Mind. He agreed. It was awesome.
This performance is mindblowing. I want to be that student.....
“Why should I worry? Why should I care?”

For those of you who are not in the States, and thus can't view the video on billyjoelfan.com (myself included!), here's a YouTube version of Barney and Ted singing The Longest Time on HIMYM!
'The Longest Time' covered on How I Met Your Mother
What could possibly be better than 'The Longest Time' by Billy Joel? 'The Longest Time' sung by Ted Mosby and Barney Stinson, that's what!
Monday night's episode of "How I Met Your Mother" on CBS featured the character Ted imagining future versions of himself while coping with being alone and deciding whether to go to a Legendary Robots vs Wrestlers fight. The episode ends with Ted admitting he would have rather gone to meet his future wife. At the close of the show, Ted and Barney (played by Josh Radnor and Neil Patrick Harris) harmonize with their future selves on a cover of Billy Joel's "The Longest Time." Watch the video here:
