There’s something I find incredibly compelling about the idea of meeting a stranger online- someone who I would never have met in my day-to-day life under any other circumstances. This may be due to a distance barrier, but it’s more likely due to my crippling shyness. Yeah. That’s definitely the case. I find it very hard to talk to people in real life, and especially on topics that go beyond work, school, and the typical “what did you do today?” or “how was your day?”
Don’t get me wrong. Those things are great. If you want to tell me about how school/work was, I’m more than willing to listen, but I’m hoping we can go deeper than just superficial conversations as well.
I don’t want to ramble, so here are a few things I identify with: Veganism, Visual Arts, Astronomy, Philosophy, Psychology, INFJ/Mbti. I’m sure there is more, like the movies/shows/books I’m interested in, but it’s not as important to me. Oh. I just started getting into Kpop, but we don’t have to talk about that if you don’t want to ;D
Preferences: Someone around my age would be nice, but if you think we would vibe and you’re significantly older/younger, we can give it a shot. I really like open minded individuals. A good sense of humour is always nice (the wittier the better ;P). I just want to make genuine connections.
