The problem starts when we think everything depends on us. We can make decisions and try our best, but in the end, things happen only by Allah’s permission and mercy.

In short: do your best, and leave to Allah the rest.

Keep reminding yourself of this during the day and even before you sleep. Keep relying on Him, and things will feel lighter. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it.
