This might be a weirdly specific request, but do you know a specific not-so birdflash fanfic.
It was a onesided birdflash fanfic that had spitfire. I think they went to Paris and Dick tried to tell wally how he felt and wally was weirded out I think, and then Artemis pulled him aside, they both talked privately and when they came back, they were a couple.
Dick attended their wedding as Wally's best man and I think he kept a picture in his room before he shattered it. Very specific indeed, I'm sorryy.

Wally is one of my very best friends. He is very important to me. You aren't going to stab him. This isn’t a debate,” Dick says, when Damian raises an eyebrow, “Or a rule. You can’t physically do it. He is much faster than you.”
“I know what his powers are,” Damian says, sounding annoyed, and also like he considers them to be a fun challenge.
“I would like it to be a rule,” Wally volunteers.

There’s a sudden, nervous silence.
“Hey,” Jason says, dangerously, “Where is the kid?”

“On a Saturday? In July?” Tim makes a sound like a chipmunk in a trash compactor. “Tim, did you fuckin’ forget about the baby? Do not hang up on me-”

“Well, you talked about some big change, so I was assuming that I had to go back to staying at least five paces away from you now that you’re officially crowned prince,” Wally reasoned, taking a small step back when he realized he was too close.
Dicks frown deepened. “That’s silly. You’re still my boyfriend, you can treat me the same way you always have.”
He took a few steps closer to the throne. “Will Bruce have stop treating you like a son and instead like a king?”
Dick shook his head. “Wally, what are you talking about? None of that will change.”
Wally smiled and slipped his hand into Dicks, sitting in the older boy's lap and looking him in the eyes. “Then why are you so worried?”
Dick looked down at their hands and squeezed them tighter together. “Everyone else will treat me differently,” he admitted.
or: Dick thinks that him being eligible to be king will change everything. Wally is determined to make sure he knows it doesn't. They talk about their plans for the future somewhere along the way because Dick knows there is no way he will be able to do this without Wally by his side.

As much as Dick and his siblings have argued, Bruce has never budged on his "Keeping Secrets Policy". There's not a person alive outside of the family that knows the secret identity of any of the Bats. Not even Dick's boyfriend.
Dick understands the need for some secrets, knows that keeping their identities safe keeps them and their loved ones safe, but when he takes up the cowl, team dynamics aren't the only things that begin to change.
