Blibao October 2015
Me, Nat and James Bower took a trip to Bilbao last year for a week, it rained a bit but it was still an amazing holiday. Got to see an old friend and make some new ones. We hope you enjoy. Big up Natalie Harvey for the editing. Ps it might not work on phone’s. Works on laptops and comps. Also might not work in Germany, sorry.x
Many Revolutions Premier. 13th February 2016, London.
The lovely Nelly & Co provided the location for the Many Revolutions premier the other week. Good times were had.
The film created by Thomas Sharman & Leon Humphries features lots of London heads but the main highlight of this film for me and many of those close to me is the Rob G section. Smacked in the face with waves of different emotions, he is a pleasure to watch and that pleasure is intertwined with pain, fear and hope and fuck load of strength from one man who loves rollerblading.
Old clips filmed at Playstation / BaySixty6
Found this stashed away on my computer. Not too sure on the year. I haven't skated in shorts for a long time, so it was definitely a while ago! Big up the filmers i have no idea who made this. - but let me know if it was you.
Many Revolutions Trailer. Due to be released in February 2016
Back to London, the present day.
You should check out Many Revolutions by Leon Humphries & Tom Sharman as soon as you can. It’s been in the making for over 3 years and features Leon himself alongside James Bower, O.G ninja Rob Glanville and many more. Looking forward to the premier on February 13th.
City and the Seed Documentary by Matt Watt. 2012.
London heads talking about skating in our city. Matt explored a different angle when he created City and the Seed. Watching this back now in 2016 it’s emotional to view for many reasons, he captured not only our skating, he documented our friendships and gave a solid insight into our relationship with the City of London. Props.
If you wanna watch more skating from the film, you can view a couple of montage sections here and here.
City and the Seed section teaser by Matt Watt.
City and the Seed was released in February 2012. If you missed it back then, i’ve posted a few of the sections, that are now available to watch online below. If you’ve already seen it... have another little watch. Ah the memories.
A film that captures a group of friends rollerblading in London. Skaters including Leon Humphries, Julian Coulter, Blake Bird, Matt Watt, Neil Ingall, Peter Bexley, James Bower, Andrew Halls, Matt Chilvers, Rob Glanville and many more..

Forgot to add this on here!... Created by my good friend Matt Watt at Hotmilk Films. I was going to hyper link to a few of Matt Watt’s other edits, but on watching them back, they deserve their own post...It’s also Matt’s Birthday today, Happy Birthday mate.
A few clips from the Sunday session over at Rush Skatepark.
London Tourism board releases new video:
If you've ever been interested in the London scene, have a watch....and maybe come and visit. Just make sure you actually stay in London.
Jon Lee has come through with an edit of 'leftovers' from 2014. Just because they didn't make it into one of his edits doesn't mean this isn't 27 minutes of pure gold.
LXKA Extreme Barcelona, June 14th. Inline Invitational, Mens Qualification & Final.
The first two pictures from this set are from the qualifying runs.
The Competition has such strong international attendance, which might have something to do with Barcelona being one of the best places to skate in the world. The crowd get to watch a really impressive showcase and they really get involved, which might be assisted by the massive sugar rush they’re getting from all the free Mountain Dew being handed out. Fluorescent yellow bottles everywhere.
There was a strong UK presence in the final, out of the 8 skaters that made it we had Nick Lomax (yes he still counts as UK), Joe Atkinson, Alex Burston and Scott Quinn representing (yes Scotland is still in the UK).

LKXA Barcelona Extreme 2015, 14th June. Inline Invitational Mens Qualification.
After an evening of food and minimal alcohol, we made our way over to Forum ready to skate at 11am. Even though it was fairly early on a Sunday morning we drew in a decent crowd as we battled it out in groups of 4. Everyone killed it, making it a tough decision for the judges to pick 8 riders to go through to the final later that afternoon.
It was then time for the Women’s competition. I didn’t get any photo’s but Stephanie Richer smashed it. I thought Eve Jovino should have placed higher than 6th..... but whats a competition without questionable judging!

LKXA Extreme Barcelona. June 2015. Pro Practice.
The location alone is enough to make this a great event. It’s easy to chill and watch whats going on, there are a lot of different things going down around the main central park to keep you entertained. We’d been looking forward to skating the course all afternoon, we had the last two hours on it to practice before the event closed, our qualifiers & comp took place the next morning. The last pic shows them trying to get us off the course, I think we left Joe there still skating away.
Barcelona June 2015.
We headed to Barcelona for the LKXA Extreme Barcelona contest with our friend Rob G in our thoughts. The day before we had received news that Rob had been hurt quite seriously whilst out filming a trick with the boys and was fighting for his life in intensive care. Never a good thing to hear...we kept positive thoughts and were overwhelmed by the amount of love and support from the community for Rob G whilst we were out there.
Barcelona is generally a fairly productive place to be, and a visit to la casa de Lomax is a usually a very productive experience, not so much this trip... I think we did a little more partying than usual, as we didn’t film all that much or maybe we were all saving ourselves for the competition, it’s an invitational event and the riders list had a strong selection of International Pro riders attending or maybe it was the partying...
A few pics of a chilled session/mess about at Forum ledges. I haven’t skated these for about 9 years, since i tore my ligaments there.
NL Contest 2015. May 22/23/24. Roller Pro Street
By Sunday we were all massively in love with Strasbourg & the NL Contest. Can’t thank everyone enough for the hospitality... the contest really is something special, the atmosphere and love for blading was next level. You should really go and experience their 11th year next year.
If you clicked on the last link, you can watch part two here
