probably an unpopular opinion but i really hope kayne doesn't come back in threshold. the little references and all are fun sure but i feel like he was just an antagonist specific to blackstone that was like, largely handled by the end? maybe not on a practical level yeah yeah he's still alive whatever but i mean like, emotionally. i feel pretty satisfied and i kinda wanna see threshold keep being its own new thing, digging into elements of arkham and its surroundings that weren't really fleshed out in series 1, yanno? if kayne shows back up i feel like he'd swallow up the whole show and i would be bummed if that happened. is what i mean i guess.
