Quiet moments from Paris while I was waiting for my french diploma results. I ended up getting 72/100, which means I’ll be graduating next year! In September I’ll also be halfway through my degree, studying philosophy and statistics modules. I’m feeling very hopeful for the academic year ahead :’)

13 March 2019 | When you have an excuse to watch BBC documentaries for class you know it’s going to be a pretty swell day.

I have been waking up consistently early nowadays. 7am-ish is still early tho right? Started my day today with a nice walk in the rain (felt absolute invigorating and vivifying!). Then I made myself a cup of cold white coffee with Ethiopian beans and it tastes of sweet goodness of nectar. And now, I am listening to Stuff About Things: An Art History Podcast on the Shroud of Turin. An interesting listen for a skeptic and curious mind such as myself. 

Currently still working on my data analysis for chap 4. It is… going, albeit, at a dreadfully snail pace. It is taking so long because of the painstaking process due to the motifs’ meticulous details, and not to mention, my agonising OCD to ensure everything LOOKS RIGHT.

A little photography post. I've been absent from this account for over 2 years! Uni got hard but I made it through and now I'm doing my honours in BSc Computing! Also taken up the hobby of film photography. I'm currently on summer break but I'm hoping to use this account to keep me motivated for my final year (that's scary omg 🥴)

- 2 days before classes start

felt pretty guilty today, still 1/3 done with the third lesson for hert since I started rewriting notes at 5pm I guess after taking a nap since I woke up really early and ran some errands and while studying I was sidetracked by certain things. also had a lot of stuff done after dinner as usual and so since I was able to take an afternoon nap and it's the weekend, I'll study until 2am maybe, haha (it's currently 1am, heh)

also, I'd like to say again how I'm really grateful for the department secretary for being so accommodating and patient with me as being a transferee, I had and still have a lot of inquiries. I need to make a mental note on bringing her even just a small cake or so when I go to campus to pass my documents as a token of gratitude, haha.

well, it's the weekend !! please treat yourselves to well deserved rest and give yourselves a pat on the back for doing great throughout the week 🤍

and yes, I like my coffee 80% ice hahaha, I just put enough water for the coffee and sugar to dissolve and mix well
