glowsplash (he/him | Does Not Give A FUCK) - glowsplash is incredibly bold, brave, hard-headed, and cares deeply for his clan. he's loyal first and foremost, and he's often found working himself half to death. he's honest and hard-working, doing his best to keep bitterclan thriving and alive. he briefly served as ruestar's deputy, back when the clan was barely making it through day-to-day. he stepped down after a few moons, and he's content to work as a warrior, though his insight is generally still very well-respected, and he definitely has a bit of authority. he's also cocky, kind of airheaded from time to time, and his Greatest joy in life is harassing his adoptive sister, bluedawn

bluedawn (she/her | butch lesbian) - bluedawn is cold, distant, and stubborn. she's an incredibly hard-worker, having built bitterclan from the ground up with only a handful of other cats. she takes her duties very seriously as a warrior. bluedawn used to be very headstrong and arrogant, often getting herself into fights with the other clans, which is where a majority of her scars come from. while significantly less troublesome these days, bluedawn still has a bit of a mean streak, and she has no issues with getting up in her clanmates' faces if she feels she needs to. she's respected, but most cats tend to keep their distance due to her harshness and otherwise off-putting nature. she's very close with her adoptive brother, glowsplash, and her adoptive mother / sister figure, ruestar. she also has a very, very unfortunate crush on the bitterclan deputy, fighollow, that she's been trying to kill, with limited success

the mediators of bitterclan!!

gwynndaze (she/her | bisexual) - gwynndaze (misspelled as gwenndaze my bad </3) is the head mediator of bitterclan. formerly a loner driven out from her home, gywnndaze was quick to join bitterclan, especially because of her young kits she had with her. she's caring, compassionate, and incredibly trustworthy, often holding a vast majority of the clan's secrets within her paws. she's friendly and gentle, and does her best to guide the clan as well as she believes she's able to. she's the wife of cindercatcher, and her first litter consists of: moonmask, peakstrike, lyrelight (deceased), marshspeckle, and silverfur. she has two sons with cindercatcher — silkypaw and buttercuppaw

peakstrike (she/her | lesbian) - peakstrike is troublesome, loud, arrogant, and a bit unruly. while she works Incredibly well as a mediator, she still serves warrior duties, and is usually found on hunting and border patrols. she does a bit of everything, although her technical role Is being a mediator. she's blunt and Very straightforward, and doesn't typically mince words. she has a difficult time being gentle or soft, and she's usually the cat to go to if you want the Utmost Honest Opinion you could possibly receive. despite her abrasiveness, peakstrike isn't intentionally mean, and she does try her hardest to not make any of her clanmates upset, with varying success

iceleaf (he/him, transman | gay) - iceleaf is a sort of mix between gwynndaze and peakstrike. he's gentle yet firm, understanding yet blunt, and is usually considered to be better at matching the energy of the cat that approaches him. he's a bit gloomy and downtrodden, often seen wandering about the territory to clear his head. iceleaf spends a lot of time with his sister, rockseeker, and his dad, vinemask. he has a difficult time forming more personal relationships within bitterclan, mostly due to his rank, and the fact that he feels he knows too much about his clan to make close friends. he does have his mate, honeydazzle, who he loves very much :) iceleaf is currently expecting kits, and he's hoping for a small litter

cindercatcher and fighollow doodles!! :D these two are besties and has been for forever, mostly because fighollow was constantly in the medicine cat den when she was an apprentice. cindercatcher was also an apprentice, and so he had a Lot of practice given how often fig popped up BAHAHA

ruestar (she/her | aroace) - ruestar is a very strong-willed leader who acts as a sort of Force of God. there is, quite simply, nothing that she can't do. she's cunning, charming, and understanding. she ADORES her clan, and she's often found in the nursery play-fighting with the kits, or out on patrol. she's proud, determined, and unstoppable when it comes down to it. she doesn't act on impulse, opting to take plenty of time to watch and wait. ruestar has two adoptive children, bluedawn and glowsplash, though she tends to consider herself more of an adoptive older sister than their mother

fighollow (she/her | bisexual) - fighollow has always been a bit of a clan-favourite, mostly for her stubborn-yet-helpful nature. she's the first to voice any issues, and she's even faster to stand up for her clanmates. she's mostly found working — building dens, getting moss, or out hunting for the elders. fighollow is loud, outgoing, and charming, and she's usually the first cat the clan goes to for any problems. she's confident in her abilities, and she's never doubted herself from the moment she was born

moorfern (they/them | bisexual) - moorfern is a kind, compassionate cat, who does their best to make sure the clan will survive long past their death. they plan for the future, and have started growing gardens of herbs to keep their clan alive. they're honest, gentle, and love to help wherever they can. they're sweet, sincere, and do everything possible to make their clanmates feel at ease. moorfern has come up with a good number of exercises for their clan, and has been more than happy to help the surrounding clans with their own injured

cindercatcher (he/him | pansexual) - cindercatcher is loud, proud, and a little arrogant. he's charming and charismatic, and he's more than confident in his healer abilities. previously a loner, cindercatcher came to bitterclan after being driven out of his home by a large pack of rogues. he's been deathly loyal to bitterclan ever since, and has made numerous close friendships. he's usually found within camp, repairing dens, checking up on apprentices and kits, and making sure that the elders are still eating. he's particularly close with fighollow, and his mate is gywnndaze! he has two sons with her — silkypaw and buttercuppaw

foggywater (she/her | aroace | transfem) - foggywater is adventurous, genuine, and wise. she has a deep connection to starclan, though the visions she receives are typically muddied. she's outgoing and loving, and she does her best to keep clan spirits up. foggywater tends to hang around the very edge of camp, tending to the gardens and keeping out any critters that get too close. she's incredibly clairvoyant, and usually shares her visions with the whole clan — she wants everyone to understand starclan's inner workings, no matter their status
