20170408 Hi everyone, I haven’t posted in a long time but to celebrate my comeback I decided to post my march bujo spreads!
Day 28: Try going for a walk before you start studying today. Take a photo of something interesting you see while you’re out.
So, I was supposed to do this yesterday, but in Wednesdays I have classes in all turns…. Today I was supposed to go for a walk but I ended up sleeping after lunch *tears*, but, before my evening classes I took this pictures of the sky and I love sky because it brings me joy and calmness. It might not be interesting for you but I think it is so that’s okay.
Day 26: Try out a printable and take a photo of it in use Here it is!! I'll start to have extra classes in prep for my vestibular/entrance exam today, it means I'll be less active here than I'm right now, so sad ;( , but you know that I'll be studying hard!! Don't forget about me.
28/03 - physics and flowers 🌼
A reminder for the girls with big plans
To all the girls with big dreams, who have been told that they are ‘too preoccupied with success’, or that they are ‘too selfish’ or ‘too ambitious’ - do not listen to the people who speak those words. If you love something that much, and will pursue it to the ends of the earth, do not give it up for anyone. Hold it close to your heart and understand that you are not obligated to dim your sparkle for anybody. In your life, there will always be people who tell you that you are too much or too little. They will say a woman is too assertive, or too reserved. They will say she feels too little or too much, that ambition is selfish. They may even be hurt or offended that you do not think the same. Yet at the end of the day, know in your heart that you are the only one who will ever know whether you are truly enough and that is what’s important. Go out there and smash the glass ceiling to pieces.

I love how you always spread positivity. <3
Day 26: Try out mind-mapping and photograph the result. Made it before my history test today to see what I learned (too late girl haha), it's ugly af but I'll try to do this more often. Also my tests are FINALLY OVER thank god, this is my last week spread, some images I printed to put in my bujo and an awesome playlist on spotify by @studywithinspo 😍.
What to do in a study break
Here are some ideas of quick things you can do in your breaks between revision:
Go for a walk or run - it doesn’t have to be long; just get moving!
Stretch or do yoga
Put on your favourite song and have a dance party
Make yourself a snack to get you through the next bit of revision
Make a smoothie
Make a cup of tea or coffee
Prepare dinner so you don’t have to do it later
Bake cookies/cakes
Read a chapter or two of the book you’re currently reading
Call up a friend - but make sure you don’t chat for too long!
Go to talk to your family/whoever is in the house
Have a scroll down the #studyblr tag
Take and post a studyblr photo
Watch an episode of your favourite TV show (if they are short episodes!)
Watch a youtube video
Watch a TED talk
Do some gardening
Have a bath or shower
Meditate
Practise breathing/mindfulness exercises
Take a power-nap (if you can, they’re not for everyone)
Write a to-do list for tomorrow
Plan your week out/bullet journal
Doodle and/or colour
Organise your desk/study area
Clean your room
Do the dishes/chores
Read the latest news
Check and reply to emails
Practise your instrument (if you play one)
A lot of these are things you can do in 5-10 minute breaks; but some have the potential to turn your quick break into hours of procrastination, so it’s a good idea to set an alarm at the start of your break to avoid this!
Feelings of sadness, guilt, anger, betrayal, doubt. Feelings of joy, belonging, happiness, delight, peace, acceptance. They all matter.
Day 25: A photo of your work/notes you're most pride of General history notes 😍.
You are doing so great!
Thanks for the inspiration @stateofstudy :)
Day 24: Write the sentence “ I can do anything as long as I put my mind to it” in all of the languages that you speak and take a photo!
I LOVED IT, I’ll tell myself everyday.
21/03 - Biology and plants ❤
Day 23: A photo of your favorite character from TV
Raymond Reddington from The Blacklist, I love him 😍❤ And absolutely yes, we have to get off work and watch some TV shows to relax sometimes, study is good but you don’t have to be a prisoner of the books!!!😅 Hope you are doing well guys ❤
(And yes, I skipped the last “challenge” bc I don’t think I have a dream “University”, hope you don’t mind.)
