All ghosts change over time and forget who they were. This affects not only their behavior, but also their appearance. In an attempt to have at least something, they begin to copy the objects around them. Something they like or something that reminds them of the past (good or bad). This leads to a variety of changes, and some look too strange, illogical, or just scary. And sometimes mediums can help ghosts find themselves again.

Olivia is a ghost that Lucian was initially afraid of but who became a good friend to him over the years, even when Lucian had no more friends at all. Like many ghosts, her appearance has changed over time. And like many ghosts, her appearance may be frightening or repulsive to some, but in reality, she is just another lonely and sad soul.
