I have been SO lucky today to get so many wonderful birthday gifts today and I thought it’s only fair I give something back...

I really wanted to have a go at redrawing this little Jonerys art I posted for my birthday last year (link at the bottom of the post) seeing as my style has changed a lot since then. I am really happy with how it turned out - the roses in particular took a while to do but I’m so happy I committed to them.

Hope you guys will like it and here’s to hoping the fandom will last a few more birthdays... I love these two silly beans way too much to stop drawing them and love you all for all the support you’ve shown me in the last year. It honestly keeps me going ❤️❤️

Back then, there was not a lot of secrecy because nobody was paying attention, and George R.R. Martin came to visit and he was being quite open about his plans. He said something: That it really is all about Dany and Jon. I was surprised because at the time, you know, I thought, well Robb Stark’s going to be king next, probably. And who knows where this story’s going? But it was absolutely clear to him that within this sprawling scale the whole story was coming down to this partnership.
