Yes Alfredo and Jackie split up a while back. They havent talked about it, Alfredo kept Gabu the dog and Jackie took the other one (whos name escapes me)

I usually don't care about celebrity or public figures' romantic relationships, but this one got my attention. I've been out of touch with my Rooster Teeth people for a while, specifically Alfredo. Fredo just wasn't streaming games I was interested in, and Jackie wasn't streaming at all (which makes sense since she'd completed her nursing degrees and started working). So I just hadn't engaged with either of them or their content in maybe a couple years.
But something recently caught my attention on Instagram, I just realized I hadn't seen them post anything about each other in ages.
I think they're not together anymore😔. That's so sad. They were so cute. I'd been sitting here waiting for them to get married lowkey lol. I was just caught off guard.
I'm not prying or asking for details. I'm just sharing a very late observation lol
They both seem very happy, though. 🥰 that's all that matters.

There's already so much negativity and pessimism about the future of RT.
I could see that if anyone else bought the brand, but it's Burnie! It's back in the hands of one of the people who created it.
If ANYONE deserves a little patience and faith, it's him.
Let's just see how this plays out. We've got RWBY at Viz. We've got RT in Burnie's hands.
2025 is bound to be a shit show (well, in America). Let's be open to the development of some things with the potential to make it slightly more bearable.

at its core, rwby is a story about hope and i think it’s absolutely beautiful that the cast and crew of the show, as well as the fans, held onto hope for so long and now the show is being renewed because of the fruitless efforts of everyone who loves it and wants to see it get to continue the story that it deserves to tell

I'm not surprised it's shutting down. All the changes were clear attempts to save it. I'm actually surprised, given how Warner has been handling things, that it took this long...
I hope fans will find ways to archive the content. Rooster Teeth really saved me during the height of the pandemic and there's SOOOO much comfort content I go back to still.
