Responsive UI Update

The Gathering page has been updated to use a fully responsive layout!

This update is intended to make minimal changes to the existing layout. Please continue to provide suggestions for larger updates in the Suggestions Forum.

The gather layout includes some empty space between the gather results and the buttons to repeat gathering. This is intentional - the space is there to prevent gather buttons from jumping around depending on gather results.
