She gasped from being pushed away. He was pretty strong despite his silly appearance! She gave a small oof from him slamming a note into her. She snatched up the note and gave a snort, studying over it quickly.
'Wait⦠It's says here it was from Corny? That⦠That can't be right!'
Why would Corny let some random space jockey onto the ship? That was too much of a risky move for travel!
She pushed the note back into his chest roughly.
"Aye, ye be lying, space jockey! Corny wud neveā let tha likes of ya on tha ship! Ye mustāve forged his signature or suchā¦"
Mack stiffened at the repeated use of the term āspace jockeyā but recovered quickly enough. He put the note back into a pocket.
"Yeah right, that cornflake would let anybody on his ship," Mack said, "and besides, do you know how hard forging a signature with claw hands is?" He motioned with his hands up, attempting to show off his lack of articulation.
She gave a scoff and pulled down her sleeve, showing off her black ridden sharp claw hand. She retreated it back inside her sleeve and crossed her arms.Ā
"Ah dun care if ye didnāt forge tha signature or not, Space Jockey! Because either way, ye aināt gettinā on thee ship!"
She stood up and backed up a bit in case he decided to dash onto the ship. Because if he did she would have to take drastic measures..
"Is that a challenge?" Mack questioned, carefully looking at the scenery.
The beach was a lot of plain 3000-series bricks in gray and tan- mostly large and flat. However, long vertical connector pieces like 2449 and 60481 supported a nearby cliff-face. A forgotten sandcastle (forged of conical 59900 pieces) rested near the clear blue 30057-built waterfront, and some cylindrical driftwood (3062) rolled around on the surf.
Mack began planning some sort of weapon or trap for the figure before him; At least three basic shapes for a laser turret came to mind first, given all the clear fog pieces that hugged the landscape that would make excellent focusing lenses, though the 42284/42291 boulders would make for a good trap. Regardless of the build Mack chose, if that minifig wanted a fight, he would give her one. Master builder style.
