He paused, this new girl intrigued him for some undistinguishable reason; his eyes were too often caught admiring her striking features. "It's a bit early to start drinking, don't ya think? First imressions are kind of important." He raised his eyebrows, eagerly anticipating her reply.

hello everyone :) i’m meghan, plss message me if you want to plot i promise i’m nice & open to pretty much anything lol

basically Blake was raised by his mom and older sister, his dad was a dead beat whom his mom divorced when blake was young. because of his dad’s lack of ambition blake’s mom pushed him hard to be successful, she sent him to various acting and singing auditions but he didn't get called back for any of them. 

the lack of a male influence in his life mixed with the failure of these auditions lead to very low self esteem for blake and he became very reserved. and not so much in the way that he is shy or bad at socializing, but more so that he is wary of opening up to people and showing his true, raw emotions. his mom refused to let him fail so she forced blake to continue trying out different things until they discovered that he might be able to make it as a model so yay :)

blake has a very witty sense of humor and isn't afraid to speak his mind. he can come off as an ass who doesn't really care about anyone’s feelings or anything but he doesn't mean to. he has a lot going on in that little brain of his, he just needs to figure out how to express that in a way that makes him comfortable
