i’m your friendly neighborhood sigma n this is my smol child kenneth! hmu for fun times!! (no but in all seriousness i’m always down to plot or exchange headcanons or even just talk about music or the olympics bc holy heck i love the olympics) sorry if my replies are slow, school’s starting up for me atm so i can’t be around quite as much as i’d like. like right now. i’ll get around to messages and replies in a bit lol

ok so kenneth’s label is the netizen. this is bc he is a bigass nerd. seriously. like you might not think so bc he dresses super Cool, but he literally only has nice clothes bc his friend aspires to be a stylist and threw out the clothes in his suitcase when she realized he basically only packed sweatpants and graphic tees. (he’s modeled for her a few times before; fashion aficionados may have spotted him on her blog) 

but actually seriously to say his temperament is unsuited for the cult of personality that is fame is a gross understatement; to be blunt, kenneth is kind of shit at talking to strangers, and is very introverted. (this isn’t to say he’s like that all the time. if you can get him to think of you as a friend, kenneth is surprisingly witty. and competitive. and also a memer. yikes)

however, he produces bombass jams, so his siblings entered him into the starlight talent search and so here he is!

no but legit music is his passion. (not calculus, though if you get him started on a tangent (hah) you might think otherwise) it’s his favorite way to communicate; kenneth is a firm believer in the emotional power of music, and part of the reason he enjoys mixing so much is the ability to make the individual components of the song into a greater sum than their parts.

speaking of his siblings, they’re both famous already--moreso than kenneth, anyway. his older sister, ami takahashi, is a celebrated cellist, and his older brother, steven, is the frontman of the fairly popular indie-rock band crash keys. being the only non-virtuoso in his family may or may not have given kenneth a bit of a complex. they still love each other, tho. 

no but really kenny-boy here is a good kid. an awkward kid, but a good one, who basically just wants to make/share good music and live a cute n drama-free life. if you wanna ruin that dream, just drop me a line! c;
