After carrying into the first of a 3-month pregnancy, I had another miscarriage. And this miscarriage was more crushing then the first.

I started spotting the day of the mark of 3-month. It was also the week of an expected menstrual cycle. I was doing well with eating properly however, I was not taking my medications – Metformin and Vitamin D.

Recipe: Homemade Alfredo with Kale Dish via @quaishathornton. . . Ingredients: 1. Pasta: Spaghetti or Vegan Alternative, 1/2 - 2/3 box 2. Butter 3-4 tablespoons 3. Kale - as much as you want 4. Cherry Tomatoes - as much as you want (for topping only) 5. Green Pepper - half a pepper per 1/2 box 6. Red Pepper - half a pepper per 1/2 box 7. Bella Mushrooms - 3-5 pieces 8. Grapeseed Oil . . Seasonings: 1. Adobe Salt 2. Black pepper 3. Garlic Powder 4. Onion Powder . . Alfredo Sauce: 1. Butter 2. Cheese (sliced or grated) or Vegan Alternative 3. Seasonings ➖➖➖➖➖ Instructions: 1. Cook Pasta 2. Use enough Grapeseed oil to cover the pan on heat. 3. Sauté Kale with the peppers and mushrooms for about 10 minutes or until sauté mix looks cooked down. You can add red onions if you like it. (I would have if I had some). 4. Strain the Pasta and put it back in the same pot. 5. Add the sauté mix into the pot. 6. Use the same sauté pan to make the Alfredo sauce. 7. Add 3-4 tablespoons of butter to a light to medium pan. 8. Add your seasonings. 9. Keep stirring until butter is completely dissolved. 10. Add cheese to pasta with sauté mix and stir it in over a light fire. 11. Add butter sauce and stir it in. 12. Keep stirring until butter and cheese are melted together and looks like a cheese sauce. 13. Is your Windows Defender Security Center not available after trying to install or run a program or media type? Chances are, a virus is trying to disable your anti-virus system. Thanks to Google search, I was able to reset my settings very easily to get back into my Security Center. . TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS: 1. Go to Your Search Pane located in the taskbar in Windows 10, next to the start menu. 2. Type "Regedit" and click on the program to open. This is the program to get into your registry. 3. Go to the Folder that stores your settings for WINDOWS DEFENDER, mine is in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender 4. You want to open the folders for Real Time Protection and for POLICY Manager. 5. Observe how the value data for each value are set to 1. This means it's set to disable. We want to enable, therefore modify each key by setting the value data to 0. Then click OK. 6. Then after everything is reset to 0, close out the registry and go back to the Windows Security Center settings, you'll see that the option to restart is available. 7. Click that, wait and it will restart and be available. . Half Omlette Sauté A La Yummy with @quaishathornton. My husband @douglas.damien suggested I started to document and post our healthy meals as we both love cooking together and are on the path towards veganism. I'm not used to post food that I cook so this is very new to me and I hope you all enjoy the recipes. . This meal was a brunch meal I made by myself. 🔹🔹🔹 Prep Time: 5 minutes or Less Actual Cook Time: 20 - 25 minutes Servings: 1-2 if cut in half 🔹🔹🔹 🍅🍅🍅RECIPE🍅🍅🍅 INGREDIENTS: ✔️Green peppers 1/2 palm ✔️Red peppers 1/2 palm ✔️Red onions 1/4 palm ✔️Bella Mushrooms 1 palm ✔️Garlic 1/4 palm ✔️Adobe seasoning salt ✔️Black pepper seasoning ✔️Cumin seasoning ✔️2 whole eggs or 2 egg whites (recommended egg whites) ✔️Grapeseed Oil STEPS: 1. Cut up your peppers, garlic, mushrooms and onions. 2. Scrample your eggs in a bowl. You may add your seasoning here or wait until the sauté mix is on top of it. 2. Sautéed the mix with Grapeseed Oil, 2 caps. Stirring and flipping occassionally 3. Cook until it strinks small and very brown. 4. Move the mix to the side of the pan to make way for the eggs. 5. In the same pan, pour the egg mixture into the pan, making sure it stays next to the sauté mix and not over or on the sides. 6. After about 3 minutes, push the sauté mix on top of the open Omlette and make sure all the mix is on top. 7. you may add your seasoning ontop of the Omlette if not already done so.
