An Intro?

Welcome to the Unofficial blog for Blaseball Events! The purpose of this blog is to be a centralized hub for events for the Blaseball community. I’m not sure what that includes yet. but we’ll figure it out together! Submissions and Asks are currently open (I may close them if things get out of hand). I hope to help spread word about community events across Tumblr, but I can’t do that without your help. Suggestions and constructive criticism are welcome! <3

About Me: There’s only one person running this blog. My name is Zachary, but I also accept Zach. I am 22 years old, I use the pronouns he/him and they/them, and I’m an amab non-binary person. This is my first time doing anything like this, but I want to see how it goes.

You can now pet the Downward Dogs in Blaseball. We should be able to pet all the other teams too! Why? Maybe someone doesn’t like dogs, they should be able to pet something else, and they should get to choose what that something else is too.

Rebranding, but not really!

Hello friends! I know I haven’t been very active, but I didn’t know what to do with this blog. However I have now figured it out. It’s still gonna be Blaseball Events (because I like that name) but it’s going to be a little more broad.

If you have an event that you’d like to share with the Blaseball Tumblr community, I’m happy to signal boost it. This can be events like streams, discord events, or fundraisers, community or personal. This can also be things like minecraft servers, personal discord servers, or roleplaying campaigns. I will note that: Anything you want me to share must be strictly associated with the Blaseball community. This means, the direct intent to share it with the Blaseball community must be there. As of right now this rule does not apply fundraisers but that’s subject to change.

Also if you see Blaseball themed art, music, or writings that you’d like me to share feel free to tag me.

This isn’t really an event, but I think I’m gonna transition to just general blaseball stuff and blaseball related things:

If you haven’t heard, SIBR has a site where you can make fake blaseball teams and suggest unofficial names. It’s called Onomancer. I don’t have a link to it right now, because that’s not the point of the post. I just did an Onomancer Hunger Games for the Unlimited Tacos discord (sorta) using Hunger Games simulator. If anyone on here is interested in that kinda thing, I could make my own small discord for that because I think they’re really fun. It all depends on the interest.

Stand Against 1646

On May 8th 2021 at 1pm CST, the Dallas Steaks and Huston Spies will be hosting a charity livestream for Trans Lifeline in response to Texas’ 1646 bill. The livestream will be hosted on the Dallas Steaks’ twitch channel (https://www.twitch.tv/dallassteaks). The 1646 bill would prevent trans children in Texas from receiving puberty suppressing drugs, cross-sex hormones, or medical procedures or  surgeries for the purpose of transitioning genders or gender reassignment.

Donations are currently open and can be found here: https://tiltify.com/@invariel/dallas-steaks-opposing-sb1646 along with more information about Trans Lifeline.
