episode of sunny where dennis comes out as a trans woman and mac has to decide whether his long standing attraction to dennis outweighs his hatred of women

in her mind dennis is trying to prove a point to dee that she'd "make a better woman" than dee and dee doesn't care at first but then dennis starts luring a bunch of chasers into the bar to try to make dee feel jealous and inadequate as a woman and it works. dee convinces mac to join her in trying to detrans dennis by exposing her to subliminal messages about how transgenderism is bad and women are disgusting. by the end of the episode dennis is beginning to realize she might actually enjoy womanhood and she has a talk with dee about how she's starting to realize things about herself that and feel things she's never felt before and that she thinks she understands how she's felt over the years living as the only woman in the gang. dee finally feels like dennis is empathizing with her and it looks like their relationship could improve. right before dennis can say anything more mac busts into the room and tells dennis that he's kicking her out if she doesn't detransition. dennis does a full 180 and jumps up and says he fooled mac and he fooled dee and he fooled all of them. the big twist of the episode is that charlie has been giving frank dennis's finasteride and frank has a full head of hair for the rest of the season.

#iasip #also big point in the episode is that dennis is insecure that her womens shoe size is bigger than dee's #dennis spends the rest of the series experiencing gender dysphoria and it's sad and uncomfortable for everyone who watches the show #carmen also has to be in the episode in some capacity
