In terms of actually damaging and likely negative outcomes someone getting your personal information is up there.

Not because they're likely to kidnap you or something but because they can steal your identity and accounts, drain you financially, organize harassment campaigns against you, call a SWAT team to possibly kill you, expose you to your offline abusers, and so on.

The idea that you need to give away this critical information to use the internet at all because "what if you're 14 and see porn" is beyond unhinged if you have even basic knowledge of online safety.
