What is so controversial about saying Money does buy happiness. I feel like in western society they teach us its wrong to want anything outside of basic needs. Anybody who wants a 10 bedroom house is stupid and wont have any money to show for it. Buying anything designer is see as vapid and not a good investment. Any woman that’s into her looks is vain and has a horrible personality. America is so capitalist but at the same time they want to make people feel bad for wanting more.

America’s pungent corpse flowers are all mysteriously blooming at once

Botanists across the US are trying to figure out why so many titan arums – better known as corpse flowers – are blooming simultaneously around the country this year.

This is super weird, because there have only been 157 recorded blooms ever between 1889 and 2008. But this year in the US alone, at least seven flowers have bloomed.

Um… how the fuck is there a lure on an unreachable pokestop? Like, I’m watching this thing, and there are no boats near it. Why is there a stop even out there?

I am literally sitting here in a kayak catching pokemon, and I still can’t figure out how someone got a lure on this pokestop. It’s just me out here, no other boats, like what the hell. People on the shore are staring at me. I can feel them judging me for actually paddling out to this pokestop. GOTTA CATCH EM ALL.

When I got back to the shore, a guy asked me if he could borrow my kayak to get the pokestop, and now I’m charging people $10 a pop to use it.
