I have a fairly simple tea blend to present to you. Please do try it and feel free to let me know how you like it! 🫖🌙

•Green tea, leaves or bagged*

•Sliced ginger root, fresh

•Cardamom pods

(Optional honey for sweetness)

My goal is something refreshing yet comforting, and what do you deserve if not some comfort?

*What kind of green tea? That's a fair question... I would caution against using your *finest* green teas (if you own such a thing) when you try this first. Whatever you have in your town will suffice.

My method for this would be to simmer the cardamom in the water, then add the ginger, and finally the tea, which itself should steep in the water for no more than three minutes! (Usual guideline would be around 80°C) Cardamom excels with time, but your green tea will only turn bitter if you oversteep it. Green tea is going to be more delicate than a black, but strong enough to harmonize with the other flavors present.

I could not find this exact blend for sale, but here's just cardamom and green pre-packaged
