Her brows furrowed at his comment, âExcuse me?â She sounded like a sneeze? That was certainlyâŚnew to hear.Â
Rapunzel held back a blush, so she had been going the wrong way well, no need for him to know that, âAnd just who said I was going to the castle?â She grinned back, albeit a smaller one. âI havenât seen much of it here and I would really like to. Itâs lovely to meet you Macintosh.âÂ
Rapunzel never bothered with titles, she didnât expect to be called princess, after all for the first eighteen years of her life she hadnât. âWell, if you wouldnât mind showing me around I wouldnât say no.â The blonde hinted, the castle could wait, she had been inside stone walls her whole life, and any new place no  matter where it was, was definitely worth exploring in her mind.
"Yer royal address. Stamped ân everythinâ", in a dark purple wax with the dentingâs of a sun shaped press.
"Well, itâs where yer endinâ up whether ye like iâ or nae", and she couldnât fault him, âUnless yeâd like tae spend thâ nighâ with ane oâ those lovely visions", he pointed over his shoulder to a right goose wing of the gaggle of village folk that had gathered; Messy kilts that were a little bit drunk a little too early blowing kisses her way.
And she smiled at him so he couldnât help but give her one back and bigger and leaning to one side, âAye, noble tidinâs", he eyed her party (one in particular with a beard that reminded him of a hairy, dented, angry bronze spoon) before he took her hand and stitched a quick kiss to the back of it.
"Suppose ye havâ mâ service, sae thereâs nae helpinâ iâ", and he rolled his eyes but was a terrible enough liar when it came to knocking time well spent with pretty women.
"Yer in luck. Thâ faerie lights oâer yonder arâ a sight this time oâ year."
Rapunzel smiled back, feeling a bit awkward now that she noticed everyone, giving a small wave she turned her attention back to Macintosh. "Thank you. I would like it very much if you showed me around."Â
She fought back a blush when he kissed her hand, her green eyes going wide she tried to think of something to say. No one had ever been that forward, to kiss her hand without her having offered it was something only Eugene ever did.Â
"Faerie lights?" She questioned curiously, one eyebrow slightly raised.Â
