Sometimes when I'm watching the Twilight Zone I'm filled with dread knowing we're still dealing with the same issues decades later. In some cases the scenarios aren't too far removed from the world we live in now.

watching this season The Vampire Lestat evoked a feeling I can only describe as eating breakfast in someone else's home after spending the night. Yes, you know where you are and to some extent you're happy. At at the same time, something is off. You feel out of place the minute you wake up, like you're still dreaming. You're not really meant to be there. The pancakes don't taste the same.

I still think about that one episode of Northern Exposure where Chris has a sexuality crisis at a monastery because he's attracted to a monk but then the monk is secretly a woman so the show acts like he's just straight but like...the entire time he was picturing a man?? he was attracted to a man! to me that's canon bisexuality sorry. let him be Bi

my favorite part of watching The Twilight Zone is realizing how many pieces of media were either very inspired by it or blatantly ripped it off

one of my least favorite things is discovering a new tv show you love and then realizing that it got cancelled. even worse when it's on a cliffhanger and you'll never get closure. they should all come with a warning before you get to invested
