The Andromeda, Pegasus, Draco, and Cygnus constellations are actually very close to each other in the sky. The Phoenix constellation, however, is rarely ever visible when they are. If it is at all visible, you may see part of it just over the horizon.
This could influence why Ikki is rarely present while the other four never seem too far from one another.
