Shark: Hey, that’s Phil- HONEY! PHIL’S ON TV!!
Some things I’ve learned in the CBT clinics I’ve been going to regarding anxiety that I thought might be helpful to some.
I need to show that panic disorder one to a lot of people wow
THIS THIS THIS THIS
I’ve never seen a post about social anxiety which includes the bit about being REALLY outgoing in order to mask imperfections, which is EXACTLY what I do. This is a really great overview of the different anxieties and phobias.

Thermochromic table by Jay Watson
imagine banging someone on that table
imagine being home alone and seeing imprints on that table
noooooo stop
Imagine having a friend sit at that table for a long while, but when they get up there’s no imprints at all.
What if you got up after trying to console a crying friend, and found that you had no imprints… and they were crying because they missed you?
That awkward moment when the half elf becomes the goblin queen
~ ‘There once was a little princess whose father was King over a great country full of mountains and valleys with passages underneath; huge caverns and winding ways. She lived in a very grand and beautiful palace built upon one of the mountains’ ~ George Macdonald, The Princess and The Goblin
My interpretation of a favourite book read to me on dreamy nights as a child by my literature obsessed uncle. I thank him now for my appreciation for art, books, beauty, spirituality and life.

I Remember This Other Fantasy Film Called The Princess And The Goblin, Where The Abduction Was For The Princess.
The Goblin King Is Sick And Tired Of The Upperground People (Living Underground His Whole Life). He Wants To Rule The World Above, But Needs A Princess (Sarah) To Rule.
His Plan Is To Have Her Transform Into A Goblin Herself Over Time (Mutations - I Guess) - To Fit In With His People.
Except No Escaping This Time Either.
