"NEVER COME BACK!" Another shout from the angel, tears in his eyes as he watched the bullies run with their tails between their legs. How he hated those who harmed others without proper reason.
Then, his blood ran cold.
"Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of god," Zail whispered the words, phrases from the bible burned into his brain. He stared down at the foot which had kicked the man, his heart beginning to beat wildly. What if this was considered wrath!? He was upset with the bullies, of course. Angry, even...
He inhaled shakily, trying to get a grip on himself, fingers looping into his snowy hair. "I am not pure, I should go to hell..." he murmured, and would have gone on further, but his teal eyes settled onto the red and yellow clad. Exhaling only to inhale sharply, Zail began to scratch at his wrists. "I'm sorry!! I'm sorry, I should be focused on you, I'm sorry!" he apologized over and over, as if he would be punished for nearly spiraling into another mental breakdown. Kneeling by Jyushimatsu's side, he slipped his flip phone from his back jean pocket, starting to call for an ambulance. If worst came to worse, he'd heal the other in the hospital. He'd inflict a good amount of the damage on himself in turn, but he cared not about his own suffering, especially if it was to alleviate his family's own. In fact, lately, Zail had taken it upon himself to heal Jyushimatsu's little bumps and scrapes from playing outside as he slept, that way he would have no way to stop him, even if he found out.
And yes, he could try to heal this bigger injury, but he was highly unskilled in the art. Not only that, but it may seem suspicious to the outside world... Then again, it was Jyushimatsu, right?
Zail leaned down once the phone call was over, resting his hand on Jyushi's chest and lightly beginning to alleviate some of the pain. For now, it was the best he could do. Already, he could feel his body being overwhelmed with pain. They'd really done a number on him, hadn't they?
"I'm g-going to call your family, and they'll meet us at the hospital. I kn-know you might not wish to worry them, but I'd feel guilty if I didn't tell them you were hurt..." Zail felt a frown settle onto his lips, but even so, began to punch in the home phone number.
