I can’t pay my bills. I’ve tried everything. Both of my children’s fathers refuse to pay court-ordered child support, meanwhile the second one is spending so much money on toys and iphones it makes me want to vomit while telling me he ‘can’t afford’ to pay child support. I’ve alerted OCS, but they can’t do anything for several months.

I cannot work due to my disability. Yesterday I spent two hours counting pennies so I could buy toilet paper. I want to cry. I feel like I’m being punished for trying to make a life for myself and my kids. I don’t know what to do. I’m not eligible for emergency aid. The courts take months to enforce a support order but I only have until the end of the month to fill a $500 hole in my budget. I need to keep my internet on so I can try to work. I need food and gas and bus fare to get my kids to school. I need to pay my phone bill and buy medication for myself and my oldest daughter. I don’t need a lot, but what I do need feels unobtainable without the ability to work/earn.

Anyone who can help- please help you don’t know how hard it was for me to write this post. My kids are 13, 10 & 7. I do not have family in the state where I live, and my extended family is unable or unwilling to help. I have no personal items of value to pawn; i sold all of my jewelry years ago when I left abusive ex #2.

Hello, friends ( if you can still remember me after what feels like eternity, that is...)

I’m genuinely sorry for the lack of communication and my end. However, things have been quite hectic on my end, which likely won’t change anytime soon. Be that as it may, I’m hoping to get back into writing and roleplaying soon as I miss it most ardently. And you, of course. 

Perhaps there’s still a soul out there who’s interested in threading with me?
