I know a part of healing is accepting when you're stuck or feel like falling back a step but it never hurts less.

It's always the same amount of disappointment and anger when I feel these old feelings. Some of the things my trauma caused will stay and I have to learn to live with them, otherwise I'm just working against myself and that won't help my progress.

I have to remind myself that it's okay to not be okay as long as it doesn't take over and I can get myself back out of this.
