not my tweet or my fic (and there’s a good chance of this comment being a bot) but yeah, don’t do this. sure, some writers wouldn’t mind having fanfics (or direct continuation) of their fanfics written by someone else. some may even be thrilled and happy. but the fandom etiquette is that if you want to write a fanfic or a continuation of someone’s fanfic, YOU POLITELY ASK THE WRITER FOR THEIR PERMISSION. not their readers.

also 5 months isn’t long at all. 5 months is 5 minutes when it comes to fanfics. I’ve waited years for my favorite fics to get updated (one of my favorite fanfics was updated by the author after 13 years) and I’ve never said anything to them about “it’s been ___ years, I don’t think it will get updated anymore”. because another fandom / fanfic etiquette is that fanfic writers write for free in their free time, they don’t owe you anything. maybe they will update one day. maybe they won’t. if you want your favorite fic to get updated, you comment something like “this is good!! I’m excited for what happens next” and maybe your positive comment will motivate the author to update. but you don’t say “it’s been ___ months or years”. fanfics writers write for themselves and their own enjoyment. they’re just kind enough to let you read their works for free. stop being rude and entitled to fanfic writers.

Another unnecessary analysis but I am still doing it

Random but needs to be said: This is the hottest Park has ever looked. (Kind of did write him in this position doing other things)

You know the silent resistance he is showing here, refusing to answer and showing who exactly he is loyal to is such a power move. Even if he sees what is coming, even if that gold club is hanging above his head he still choose Chet over himself. He isn't scared of Thanet, he isn't scared of pain he is just scared of leaving Chet behind. Park is the type who would suffer all the pain and take all the punches just so that Chet wouldn't have to suffer a day in his life.

Chet isn't the type to knee in front of anyone, he did it once before his father when he begged his father to not send him away, but he did it twice for Park. He dropped down on dirty floor twice to protect Park with his own body.

Thanet is asking Chet a question, but he just doesn't care, Chet focus is Park and Park only. His body is hovering above Park's almost still one, his hands cradling the bleeding face. You can see the distress on Chet...

Chet is literally fighting with his entire body against the hold his father has on him because he doesn't want to get up, he wants to stay down next to Park, take care of him, maybe even apologize.

It's like Chet doesn't feel the slaps and punches that his father is inflicting him

The look on Chet's face when Thanet ordered his own bodyguard to kill "Chet's dog"... He was genuinely surprised that his father would target Park instead of himself.

Chet is reckless, he is driven by emotions and his own sense of right, but one thing he does right is protect the ones he cares about. Unfortunately that list includes Park and Park only...

Chet is unfortunately the same as Park... He isn't scared of death and pain, no bullet scares him more than a thought of losing Park... And he had proved it twice already. This was the second time he stole a gun that threatened Park and I am sure that it wouldn't have been the last either... Chet would rather sacrifice himself in order to save Park because in his eyes Park deserves to live more than Chet believes he himself deserves it...

Park is literally half dead with concussion ringing in his head and yet he is still rising up to his feet in order to help and protect Chet... Their love and care for each other is the most beautifully written story ever created. (Well close to being one)

I regret not rewatching Semantic Error sooner.

It's such a cute series. It's the type of show that makes you want to squeal, giggle, and kick your feet.

I LOVED the head pats and the constant consent. IT FEELS SO GOOD.

Also, their confession scene is so warm.

I feel like I need to hug something.

ITS SUCH A GOOD SERIES

Chu Sangwoo and Jang Jaeyoung are such a cute couple.

I love how they both changed as the series went on.

Ugh. It's so good.

It's crazy how my favorite characters of To My Shore became Bai Ting, Shi Li Hua, and President Shi.

I need a show that's from the perspective of Shi Li Hua and President Shi.

I feel like it would be hilarious to see how twisted Fan Xiao's scheme was from Shi Li Hua's POV.

I'm also interested in President Shi's POV of the situation as well.

The 15th episode of To My Shore broke something in me.

I'm going to miss this show so much.

I loved how we saw a change in Fan Xiao in the last episode. Before the event that caused him to go broke occurred, he would've jumped at any chance of You Shulang offering himself to him, but was so cautious at the warehouse.

I'm going to miss To My Shore 😭

While watching Meet You At The Blossom, I began shipping Jin Xiao Bao with Huai En and Su Yin even though I knew he wasn't going to end up with Su Yin.

That had me thinking about Su Yin and Jin Xiao Bao's relationship.

I feel like Su Yin and Jin Xiao Bao's relationship would never go beyond friendship regardless of Huai En's presence. The delusional part of me thinks that if they were ever going to happened it would be solely because of Jin Xiao Bao's strong belief in love.

But I also believe they would never happen because Huai En was Jin Xiao Bao's gay awakening. If it weren't for Huai En, I don't think Jin Xiao Bao would've dated a man. I think he would've remained straight.

This has been on my mind for so long, and I just had to say something about it.

I finally finished watching Meet You At The Blossom (thanks for recommending it @ahxu-laowen) and I really enjoyed it.

At first, I was skeptical because historical dramas are not my thing, but I'm SO glad I decided to watch it.

It was such an interesting journey. I absolutely love our three idiots: Jin Xiao Bao, Jin Bao, and Zhao Cai. They're so fun, and the three of them together make a bigger idiot. Although I have to admit Zhao Cai is very smart (except when he is with the other ), and I appreciate that.

Su Yin was an interesting character. I really enjoyed him. He was an obstacle and a protecter. Zongzheng Shao Yu was so annoying. He served his purpose well, though.

When we were introduced to Que Si Ming, I wasn't sure how I felt about him, but eventually, he earned his spot as one of my favorite characters. He was so funny and straightforward, and that made him really likable.

Now Zongzheng Huai En had me stressed. I needed him to stop hurting others and himself.

I LOVE XIAO YU. OMFG, SHE IS SO CUTE and a little monster when she wants to be. I'm so happy that after Que Si Ming and Jin Bao left, Zhao Cai wasn't lonely. He and Xiao Yu made an awesome duo. Their shenanigans were enjoyable to watch.

I'm so glad I gave it a try.

This episode was a freaking roller coaster for me.

The last episode of Heated Rivalry was beautiful.

Shane coming out to his parents was so scary. I loved how Ilya stood by him and comforted him when he was overwhelmed.

Yuna's fear steaming from Shane's inability to tell his mother about his sexual orientation instead of his sexual orientation itself made me feel so warm because she was so disappointed that her son wasn't comfortable in telling her. You could tell she really wanted to be someone her son could trust.

I love how supportive Shane's family was to both Ilya and Shane.

It was so amazing.
