I will forever stand by Grian loving being a watcher... Or at the very least having mixed feelings where some of those feelings are very positive.
That man joined them willingly and had so much fun with it (canon btw), created the life series and has the biggest widest smile while talking about making it and how excited he is for everyone to see what he has planned and now this whole thing with him on Hermitcraft saying "What I've always wanted to do, to watch" as his eyes literally sparkled.
I refuse to believe anything else, whatever weird angst Martyn has hallucinated there is either the most cracky misunderstanding in history or active misdirection by the watchers to fuck with him. Which... could be either really.

So Flight Sausage went trough a very traumatic event that left him without memories of his past outside of very bad nightmares and another version of himself in his mind that takes over whenever he's too stressed and that also seems to be responsible for keeping those traumatic memories away from Sausage.
This other self is then assigned a different personality and moral compass while not being shown as evil or murderous. Simply as a person with different ideals and traits. And when he takes over Sausage doesn't remember what he did.
Also he's been slowly learning how to tell whenever he's about to "switch" from himself into this other self.
And in this latest vod he had a situation when talking to Graecie about a nightmare/memory he started panicking and his voice switched back and forth between normal and the robotic one he uses for the other self as though they were both there at the same time which afterwards left him confused.
Am I supposed to believe it to be accidental?
My favourite part of Grian's newest video is when he said "It's watching time" and watched all over the place while in his glowing purple observatory.
