One again im playing around with shaders and Voxy by cortex / distant horizons by jeseibel, trying to find a main shader i like, currently its between Sildur's Vibrant Shaders by Sildur and Solas Shader by Septonious. I love how both of these shaders change the colors of the game, especially Sildur's Vibrant Shaders. Though i prefer Solas Shader's night sky its honestly so very pretty, i cant help but stare when i see it.

Oh! and im also playing with ether Terralith by Stardust Labs or Oh The Biomes We've Gone by Potion Studios in these screenshots!!

(small note is that all of these screenshots are grabbed straight from my folders! so these shaders are really this pretty!!)

I was playing around with the solas shaders, the voxy mod and amplified world generaton in minecraft and wanted to share these screenshots i took. ^-^

also found a cool hill and added some more flowers for these since the shaders make them glow!!

I have been playing on a friend’s vanilla server for a while, it’s honestly nice to chill in vanilla after playing only heavily modded stuff. Also started using shaders for the first time and everything is super pretty!!!

something fun i thought about while farming bonemeal with moss is that minecraft moss is very destructive.

for example this hole was made by growing and harvesting moss. like look at the ammount of stone that the moss is eating thought!!! ^-^

This made the whole creepers are made out of moss theory fit better in my mind like, if the non walking moss can eat through stone why cant the walking kind blow it up?

One of my roommates cannot stand the way I play minecraft

Instead of looking for diamonds, fighting mobs, trying to go to the nether, doing potions/enchantments/whatever, I like to build these 1-block-wide platforms far above the ground that i walk on to explore without getting lost, attacked or generally inconvenienced. And they hate it

“If you don’t want to get lost just use a compass!” Takes redstone. Also I don’t want to. And on the ground there’s mobs

“Fight the mobs, they’re part of the game!” no. I get scared

“Just use mine carts!” And use all that iron?

“Then use boats and ice!” You need enchantments to collect ice. All my paths take is dirt and ladders (and torches)

“But they’re so UGLY!” Not the point

I have a hermitcraft/grian/watcher theory/headcannon that i wanna share.

As we all know its a vety popular head cannon that grian is a run away watcher due to the evo seres. But i wanna give a difrent spin on it, what if grian never left, what if hes still a watcher and what if watchers have lives outside of just watching.

Like when the watchers took grian and taught him how to do watcher stuff, like till he got a hang on his new powers, then they first let him loose on wyncraft (a server he helped to make) to see how he does. From the looks if it he succseded on the watcher stuff there and went on to hermitcraft.

Like what if being a watcher is like having a job, part of the time he gets to be a player and the other part he has to "work" as a watcher, as long as he can efectly use his powers/controll them, then he does not need to be keept away from non watchers.

Like id be so mutch fun if intead of the angst of being a run away watcher (eaven if its a really cool head cannon/theory) he gets to have fun being the fae/eldritch being he is. Like id love to see him mess around with others with watcher powers, or have him have to leave hermitcraft to watch some server as his "job".

Part of me wants to add my mcyt stuff here xd

Ill have to fix that on my pc tho ^-^

If you would like to use gradients in builds, I highly recommend using this site. Hueblocks shows the minecraft block equivalent of any gradient created. This is definitely a time saver, and is fun to mess around with.
