The snow has melted almost entirely and it’s suddenly so nice out but all the flowers in my house are dead or fake. My brother’s in town for a few days. (He never got to meet you.) He told me he’s in love with this girl who is probably a lesbian—sort of a funny reversal of my situation. He says it’s all he can think about and he can’t remember what he used to think about before he met this girl. Sort of funny.

The night we met was Halloween and we had both dressed as french girls. You took a Polaroid of us then discovered the rest of the world was black and white but we were in screaming color. I am honestly convinced that Taylor writes her songs about us.
