Somewhere in bladed grass thatâs bent by winding winds. Somewhere in forests, vast, where leaves in daylight squint. Somewhere beneath a sky with wisp on lightning blue. Somewhere, in all of that, somehow sometime soon.

âTake meâ
âTo The Starsâ is a sort of elegy I supposeÂ
His inclination for excitation simply drove him mad.
His madness merely made thing worse, it made his mother sad.
She begged and pleaded with her lord, but little good it did;
Her son fell down and broke his crown, beneath the earth he hid.
Body slowly wilting, people out find
the body not atop the earth but slipping deep inside.
Encased in roots and ashen soil, his bones began to show;
they twitched and writhed, clutched his mind-
They wouldnât let him go!
His skin and bones arose, to his home he ran,
when mother saw him, she did scream,
âOh, LORD! What is this man?!â
A mighty voice did rain down, and shook the whole blue sky,
âOh, my dear, it is time: the apocalypse is nigh!â

All this loss and all this hurt, brought on by war and blood-stained shirts. We cry for peace and demand new change, though we do not alter; we're so deranged! We wage our wars for the so-called 'good', our place in the world is misunderstood. We scar the land and pillage our home; we kill the forests just to blow-up stone for the sake of jewels and coal alike. One being useless, the other a spike in the heart of Mother Nature. We've lost sight of what we are. we think ourselves masters but we're far from the truth. We're one with the eco, meant to coexist, but now we've an ego and an industrial strength fist. We're one of the circle, not atop the world. We should care and consider, but instead we hurl our rockets and grenades; our bullets and copious blades that are driven through the hearts of youth. Conducted by leaders that are secretive and aloof, we're propelled by an incessant thirst for more. Purged of our souls, feeling scornful and sore. We're blinded by our blatant vanity, yearning for unnecessary necessity - The next thing to go in a land-fill to damage our home, and we don't have a pill to cure this world. if we want a change, we are it. We can't just complain whilst we sit. So take up arms, go to war, but this time for peace, love, to cure.

By peers and darlings, our love condemned. Abandoned to flit from end to end; weâre hidden by hotels, seclusion, and cunning - all to love you, Iâm perpetually running.

Back to Blue
I had a premature break from Tumblr. It was all to ensure I donât fault and blunder, so I was training in health and safety. Now, itâs time for another poem, maybe.

I would far rather convey grace than explain it.
Philip Yancey (via yesdarlingido)
âArtists never realise theyâre artistsâ is a quote I found to be true; the landscape that adorns my heart could only be by you. You may not see it yourself, but I tell you with words of truth, youâre an artist, both of soul and mind -
Oh, to have an artist, Iâd have you.

Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Dylan Thomas (via ovodarksky)
I am what is A current born of ink Of shape and desires A melody born of fire Of crashing waves and broken limbs A jungle born of rock Of fresh pages and glistening rocks A sea born of years Of blood and tears I am not one thing

Every day is a day to celebrate, for every day is the reason. For in every day, some good takes place; every day in every season.
