This is my take on Viktor’s playlist and I wanted to share bc I’m pretty proud of the result! (There’s a touch of Jayvik, his original lore + his Arcane lore, unrequinted love and more~)

Anyway, the comic was born out of

my thoughts about Caine's model lacking many essential facial features (as if he was never intended to show any emotions) and yet him being literally the most expressive character in the circus despite everything.

me being low-key obsessed with the implications episode 7 left us with. Players questioning everything they've been told and Caine being in the center of it all.

Just to be clear, I do believe Caine is written as a sentient AI who is just struggling to understand humanity and everything that comes with it. And I think these thoughts about him faking his emotions are inherently wrong within a story. He's oblivious and desperate but not malicious. But couple it with the fact that he's been lying about many other things (so far I'm inclined to think it was for players' sake in his own eyes) and that humans have been suffering for a while dealing with a literal god that doesn't understand them... Well, I have a feeling that they will doubt his motives and literally everything they know, rightfully so.

The amount of attention this little comic received is a bit terrifying and overwhelming and seeing all the different interesting interpretations people come up with I just wanted to explain mine own a little better <3

I want them all to be healed and happy, little guy absolutely included, but man the situation is rough, and the odds are against us

my post-movie sleeping beauty au where maleficent survives phillip's blade (barely) and a decade after a now queen aurora goes hunting for the fairy mentioned in her mother's diary to help her and phillip conceive an heir.

aurora binds mal to her and mal begins to act as her advisor and the tension starts uuuuuupppp (they start sleeping together and being little bitches about it)

its a mix of the 1959 film and the original story, the kingdom is frozen in slumber for 100 years rather than immediately revived and there's a few complications that occurred due to aurora having more magic in her than she should have as a human.

Tried challenging myself and actually putting them in a scene 😭🙏 Backgrounds are my enemy so I'll probably be trying to use them more this year and improve I had seen some art Youtubers mention Sketchfab as a good resource for 3D reference and god damn, it is!! The bg is messy apologies, but ay, the values do a good enough job ig 😅 How did y'all get to understand perspective... tips appreciated, but I'll probably just have to bear the pain and force myself to draw more backgrounds to get better at them lmao Oh anyway about the actual drawing, I was thinking about how Waterboy would cry(lol). I feel he wouldn't feel comfortable crying at home, risking overly worrying his grandma. Normally it'd be the janitor's closet, but now that he's not the only janitor, it's not as private anymore. I don't think he'd cry very often, just occasionally when it gets really tough! But oh? Rob happened upon him again... Probably by accident again. Just sitting next to him on the bench, waiting for him to calm down enough to talk about it. Mini fanfic scene accidentally...
