I lowkey think Kenji and Nazeera would’ve been far more superior main characters in the shatter me series rather than Aaron and Julliete.

I always wondered why I never liked shatter me because the plot and idea seems great but the execution was just poor but then I realized it’s because of the characters it revolves around 🥀

I don’t like two rich white visually considered perfect characters telling me about oppression and democracy and coming into power.

We could’ve had a Japanese mmc and a Iraqi fmc 💔💔💔

Instead of having the same copy and paste morally grey Mmc with a dark past and daddy issues we could have had a sunshine mmc who also has a dark past but manages to be a good person and in his own words “loves the shit out of his dad” and don’t get me started on the fmc we could have had a educated strong diverse woc fmc instead we got a girl id consider in the top ten worst fmcs!!!!!
