Can we submit things anonymously?
All submissions are reviewed anonymously, however we try and limit the anonymous publications because we do like to give as much credit as we can to those who submit. So you do need to attach a name to submissions, however after review you can talk to the editors and ask if we can publish your work anonymously.

FOLIO Seeking Submissions
FOLIO is seeking submissions of poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction for its 31st volume. The issue’s theme is The Surreal and Fantastical, and may include fairy tales retold, magical realism, zombies, vampires, robots, science fiction, and anything else you can think of.
DEADLINE: January 4, 2016.
SUBMISSION PROCESS: Online via foliolitjournal.submittable.com.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
No previously published work.
Translations accepted as long as the translation has not been previously published.
Up to 5 poems (max 8 pages) in one document; use serif font and number pages.
Non-Fiction submissions may be up to 4,500 words in length, double spaced, and with serif font.
Fiction submissions may be up to 5,000 words in length, double spaced, and in serif font.

Announcement
Next week on a TBA day Mélange will be having our first workshop party! We are going to be reading and writing six word stories as well as listening to some of our and your favorite slam poems. There will be lots of food and pizza and everything is just going to be very chill and fun. There will be a convocation announcement with more details coming soon. Hope to see you there!
