So, uh, that midseason, am I right?

So here's the bingo chart, and I, unfortunately, only got to fill in one space. But on the other hand, I did call Eclair's identity from minute 1. And I like Kurea, so I'm glad. I do hope the other Eclair candidates don't fall into the background now that the mystery is over. I have a theory that we're going to get a yellow cure, but that's based on a very old merchandise leak that showed a pen with 5 stars on it. I'll make a separate post for that one.

I was also expecting Ruruka to join at the midseason so we could get all 4 girls by the end of the second core, but it seems Arcana Shadow will be the new big bad now. And it seems we'll be refocusing on the future Anna comes from and why her being here now is so starnge. I'm very interested in seeing where this is going. I'm nervous about the 30s, since that's when newer Precure seasons tend to drop the ball and lose the momentum they've built up. Here's hoping it doesn't turn out that way.

looking for animal references on image searches has always kind of sucked but it's much worse after AI image generation technology has begun to actually past muster, which is why i always just go straight to inaturalist. can't recommend this highly enough. you get to both find out about niche species you've never even heard of and also see some really good photographs like this one
