Body shaming

If anyone feels like this please know you are not the only one. I always try to be body positiv ane i try to motivate other people too. The last couple of months i just expierenced a lot of body shaming, even from my family. I know a lot of you guys expirience that as well, but please remember even if i don’t know you you are a beautiful person to me. Just keep on smiling and enjoy life and forget the shamers. Just keep living your best life

Sometimes i feel like a hypocrite because i am trying to make everybody else feel comfortable in their own skin and try to help everybody out and support them but i don’t always feel comfortable yet alone confident.

I live in switzerland so here everybody is judging you if you are thick or plus size. That really beats me down. Because there are some days were i look in the mirror and actually like how i look like and then i head outside and people start to look at me and i feel like a monster. My friends are great they always tell me how they like my outfits or that they think i am pretty but i can’t see it myself.

With this i am hoping to reach out to some people which know what i am talking about or that feeling. Even if you don’t know it i just wanted to say that every each and one of you is and always will be beautiful forever. Maybe i don’t like how i look but i know that you guys are beautiful so just keep on smiling and enjoy life.
