Just because you have an injury does NOT mean you can't work out.....just work around that injury! I injured my ankle so I'm doing exercises that does not involve my ankle.

Happy Thursday morning! 🌞 Improve your health and make it a priority to get your exercise in today! Some quit due to slow progress. Never grasping the fact that slow progress.......IS PROGRESS. Keep trying every day no matter how frustrated you may get at the slow progress. You will be so glad to kept with it to be healthy, feel amazing and reach your goals!
Happy Motivation Monday! How many times have you said you will start exercising or eating healthy tomorrow or Monday? Well tomorrow never comes and Monday is here. Don't put it off any longer and do something good for yourself and your body.....START TODAY! You CAN do this!!! 😀💪🏻
This morning I decided to try something new for breakfast. I took 1 ounce of deli ham with no antibiotics or hormones for each cup, ½ an avocado & divided it between 4 cups, fresh spinach & 4 eggs. Put those ingredients into a muffin pan to make 4 egg cups & baked them at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. I added a couple pieces of whole grain toast to go along with the cups. Each egg cup came out to be 146 calories & very tasty too.
Do NOT wait until Monday to start exercising to improve your health.....START TODAY.....tomorrow never comes! Do something good FOR YOURSELF by exercising and eating healthy so you may live a happy and healthy life for you and your family. Try this 30 minute HIIT workout to get started on a routine. It will be hard at first but you WILL improve and feel more confident the more often you do these exercises. You've got this!!! 😀💪🏻👟
What is your go to breakfast? I almost have the same breakfast every morning.....egg, avocado, sprouted toast with hot green tea. This gives me just enough energy to get my day started and doesn't have me feeling over full. It's quick & easy to make too which is a major plus for a girl who's not a morning person 😴. And I always have to sport my Wonder Woman cup! 😀 Now let's get this day started!!! 👟💪🏻🌞
Craving pizza? You can make a healthy version to feed your cravings! This was my dinner this evening.....it was dairy free & only 361 calories. Normally I'd also add organic spinach but I was out of it.
When you're sore after exercise this means you are using muscles you're not use to using and that is a very good thing. Do NOT let the soreness stop you from your next workout.....you will regret it if you do. Keep pushing yourself! #body_fix_fitness
21 Day Fix…..Day 5
Okay, it’s confession time! I will admit that I did not get my day 4 workout in, which was Pilates Fix. We all have our days that we just don’t get it done, but that means we just have to get right back to it!!! My food choices were not bad, but I know I did not eat as much food as I should have.
Now as for my Day 5, I made sure I got my workout in which was Cardio Fix! I even uploaded a video of me working out to prove it lol. I still did not eat all the food from my containers. This part I need to work on because I know I’m not eating enough food to fuel my body.
I will be doing my first weigh-in on Wednesday to see where I stand so far. I am already curious, but going to wait until then to check out those results.
Next is Day 6…..LET’S DO THIS!!! :-)

Day 3 of 21 Day Fix….. Yes I did eat out tonight as well as have a cocktail or two with a girlfriend, but I still ate correctly for the rest of my day. I also got my lower fix in while my quads were very sore. It has been a stressful evening but I still stayed true to my program. Now I'm ready for Day 4 tomorrow!
Day 2 of 21 Day Fix
Today I had a busy day and the time went by very quickly, but I still made time for my 30 minute workout. Upper Fix was on the schedule today. I'm starting to get a little sore from yesterday's workout so some of the exercises today were harder. I had to modify some of the moves because I was challenged in this Upper Fix workout today, but I know I will improve over time. When it came to my food choices, I had to be careful because my son and I went out to lunch and dinner both. I had steel cut oats and egg whites for breakfast, half of a turkey wrap with fresh fruit for lunch, small Shakeology made with water for my after workout recovery drink, then a grilled chicken salad with balsamic dressing for dinner. I did drink plenty of water again today because I know that is very important for my body. Tomorrow is another day and I'm ready to do this!
Today was my Day 1 of the 21 Day Fix program. Some of my food choices were boiled eggs, quinoa, baked chicken, watermelon and Shakeology just to name a few. I didn't use all my containers today so I will be preparing my meals better so I eat all the foods I need to fuel my body for my workouts. My 30 minute workout today was Total Body Cardio Fix. Great workout and at times I had to slow down a bit but I kept moving. Felt great when my workout was complete, very energized. Tomorrow is a new day and I will be working hard towards my goal!
This will be my healthy journey through the 21 Day Fix Program. Follow me as I reach my goals to lose 10lbs within the next 21 days through exercise and clean nutrition as well as drinking Shakeology daily.
