I'm loving my new phone...

But otherwise, I'm appalled at this whole Duggar ordeal. The double standards of organized religions and the blind eyes turned by high level, high profile governmental official is enough to make any rational person sick.

Reading up on the Quiverfull movement is alarming to say the least. The last thing i would want is to find my children being sucked into this cult-like sect of Christianity. Religion is... okay. But that? Quiverfull and the like? Absolutely not.

There's hope for the future. As long as people ask questions and live for themselves.

Reconnect

Facebook surprises me.

After reintroducing myself to the regular Facebook app on my iPhone, I find myself more engaged and genuinely looking for people to reconnect with. It’s like I’ve rediscovered something close to magical.

Sure there’s the fact that Facebook is essentially evil, but I can’t help but be amazed at how the app flows compared to what I’ve been using for the past year. How I’m giddy when I actually encounter someone with whom I’ve really lost touch.

It’s a cool feeling. Shouldn’t last so long, I guess… right?
