organize your life
when life feels chaotic and messy, it’s important to just stop and self reflect. there’ve been times when my rooms a mess, i have work i need to do and i just feel like a stressed, disgusting mess. i think a lot of us sometimes feel this, and it’s important to know when to stop and how to fix the situation.
when you feel stressed:
take a deep breath
put distractions away
create a to-do list of what you need to get done
start now! don’t wait for the perfect time
re-organizing your life:
clean out your inbox
clean your room/re-arrange it
clean your backpack out weekly
pick up after yourself to stop rooms from being messy
cut out toxic people
make to-do lists when you have work to do
self reflect
look for ways to better your life/who you are as a person
create healthier habits that are attainable and stay consistent
put your thoughts into actions, i always think ‘less talking, more doing”
