not once did he complain about how foolish he seemed as he made his way the hustling streets of Republic City, not once. in all honesty he seemed to hold his chin up high as he walked, knowing exactly that people who walked past him knew who he was -- well not entirely, simply the fact that he as of a certain affiliation -- knew that he was an air nomad.
it seemed like a rarely occurring appearance across the city, air nomads seemed to be no where they could visibly be found, unless they had made the decision to put aside their robes, and mix with the city's citizens. this caused kavi to pout in response to the mass tangle of thoughts that were almost prepared to dribble from his ears. it wasn't that he wasn't happy with these air nomads if they had chose to take this path in blending in, no not at all ! actually he didn't once blame them ... forgiveness was something they couldn't ignore, but to be uncomfortable was something they always found themselves knee deep in.
aish --
reaching a hand up to scratch the lemur seated upon his shoulders, kavi took a small glance around, "tipp, today was meant to be about relaxing, and here i am ... thinking about things that happened when i wasn't even born yet." he was shaking his head, patting the lemur once more before out of pure surprise it jumped from his shoulders, catching flight and gliding off and around the corner. leaving kavi standing bewildered before dashing off after it, his speed much faster than any other around him.
rounding the corner, he called out for his lemur, gaze diverted to the side before he tripped, on what -- ? -- no clue, but he did and with arms out stretched hoping to catch anything at all to break his fall, something did, and he found himself, cheek smooshed, against the broad chest of a stranger he hoped wouldn't entirely notice the air nomad clinging to his chest for dear life.
oh no --
