Day 26 - Zelda

We love you Four Swords Zelda, us gingers say in unison.

Now I know she's only got reddish hair in the splash art, however, that is enough for me to consider it canon 💖

I was kind of planning on drawing BotW Zelda because I love her so much I may explode if I think about her for too long, HOWEVER I realised that I've only drawn BotW/TotK for this Linktober so far... oops (o>0) Soo I made myself pick a different game sfhjd. Is it obvious what my fav Zelda game is yet guys

Day 24 - Science/Tech

Robbie and his kick-ass goggles! I've been wanting to draw him since AoC came out, lol

Always hc'd he made the gogs himself to fix poor eyesight resulting from some mad science related incident. He probably had fun figuring it out and adding doodads to it, too :P

And yeah, only one post as opposed to two after all... something came up today and I could only finish this prompt :( that means I'll just be moving Twilight to the catch-up list, and focusing on tomorrow's prompt instead cause it's too important to miss!

Day 22 - Snow/Cold/Frozen

He finds himself caught off guard at the princess' words of concern. They're not necessary, of course; he's got feathers of his own to keep him warm, and the heir to Hyrule's throne wasn't going to freeze over on his watch.

Still, no one ever worries for his wellbeing this way - they simply assume that, for all his capabilities, he's got things covered...

Oof, fell behind even further on this one cause I got immensely carried away doodling these two.

I'm determined to stay sort of on top of these though, so who's feeling two posts tomorrow? ✋🏻😌

Day 20 - Broken

A bit late, but this one was worth the extra time put in. It might be the one I'm proudest of so far :)

Not only did I actually shade something for once (no way :o), with this I have also completed a sketch I still liked from 2022. So, yay 🥰

Ofc I didn't paint the master sword here but I wanted to leave the ref image in bc it has charm like this.

Day 19 - Link

Wellll,, my original plan for this day was to sketch a bunch of my fav Links on one page and have that be the post, but then I was overcome with the urge to draw a Zonai... that's how this happened 😌

I can always do my earlier idea another time. I do love drawing my pookie and I definitely haven't done it enough!

I know I technically can't count Lenalia as obscure yet, since Age of Imprisonment isn't even out, but.... I haven't seen much art of her yet and wanted an excuse to draw her myself skdnsnfkdk

Day 6 - Travel/Transport

Two posts in one evening, bet you didn't see that one coming huh? (me neither :P) This one is an illustration from a tranquil scene in my pre-calamity D&D campaign – tagged as #the seer's folly – moments before disaster:

Thank goodness I managed to get something done for yesterday's prompt too. I don't really care for today's (Undead) so I'll probably skip that and continue with day 8 tomorrow^^

Day 5 - Love/Friendship

I was gonna draw something OC related for this prompt but then it got a little out of hand, so have a coloured piece of Urbosa and the Queen of Hyrule instead to make up for tardiness🥰

Me personally, I believe there was definitely something deeper going on here, whether only from Urbosa's side or mutual <3

Day 2 - Magic/Sorcery

Trying to challenge myself to partake in at least some of Linktober this year. Here's yesterday's piece!

The last time I properly did this was like,, *checks calendar* 7 YEARS AGO??!? 🫠 I won't do every single day but hey we'll see how much I get done~

Man I haven't been sitting still art wise AT ALL and even from multiple years ago I still have stuff I would put here (maybe in a separate tag, like "#bonuoq's art backlog" or smth) for some reason posting just takes soooo much energy.

I think I need to plan like,, a couple days each year where I sit down specifically to schedule like a hundred posts otherwise I'm never gonna be consistent here lol (laughing thru the pain 😭)
