Chocolate cake
ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp each Baking powder and baking soda
1 1/4 cups sugar 1/3 cup sour cream 2 eggs 3/4 cup of oil 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of instant espresso powder 1/2 tbl of Almond extract 1 cup of hot coffee
Preheat oven to 350°
sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in separate bowl.
in large mixing bowl beat together eggs, sugar, sour cream, oil, almond extract, salt, and espresso powder until combined. slowly pour in hot coffee, whisking constantly untill all mixed in. sift in the dry ingredients, mix well.
pour into greased 9×13 or lined cupcake tray and bake for 30 minutes or until done
